2. Move that the Council reject all bids and provide staff with direction to rebid or cancel the bid.
Background: The City of Port St. Lucie uses approximately eight hundred thousand (800,000) square feet of sod per year for the City's medians, roadsides, highways, water drainage areas, and multiple other projects to preserve and maintain Port St. Lucie as a beautiful city for all ages.
An E-Bid was issued on March 17, 2025 to 541 potential suppliers. There were 23 plan holders with 1 submission received on May 1, 2025.
