Executive Summary: A small-scale comprehensive plan amendment requested by Brian Fisher, representing Larry and Sandy Olson (owners) to change the future land use designation for 6.67 acres of property from Commercial General (CG) and Utility (U) to Service Commercial (CS) to construct a self-storage facility. The CG portion (northern) is 4.646 acres in size and the Utility (southern) is 2.024 acres. The project site contains a Wireless Communication Tower on the southern portion of the site, which is proposed to remain. 

 

Presentation Information: Staff will make a brief presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval of the future land use map amendment.

1.                     Move that the Board amend the recommendation and recommend approval of the future land use amendment.

2.                     Move that the Board not recommend approval.
