3. Purpose: To provide professional services to facilitate the development of construction plans and permitting of the Hogpen Slough Trail Boardwalk & Shared Use Paths identified as part of the Village Green Corridor Master Plan.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: 12 months, with no options to renew.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The construction of the Hogpen Slough project will allow users to access the Crosstown Parkway Extension, the Village Green Industrial area, and the City Center (aka Mid-Florida Event Center) through a natural tributary known as Evans Creek.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): One-time expense of $299,986.08. Optional Services may be added at the City's discretion in the amount of $74,375.95. The total amount authorized is $374,362.03.
