Staff Recommendation: Move that Council hear the update and provide direction where needed.
Background: The Mayor and City Council have set a priority in their strategic plan to develop High Quality Infrastructure. The City Manager has prioritized a focus on capital projects to support the increased demand of our growing City. The Public Works Department will provide an update including the percent complete for the various Road and Bridge and Stormwater funded capital projects, and Regulatory/Developer Roadway Obligations for the Council’s review and discussion.
