Background: The City of Port St. Lucie's Public Works Department has partnered with the college for over ten (10) years to provide continuing education to the Public Works Employees. Indian River State College (IRSC) is a public body corporate of the State of Florida and is an industry-driven leader focused on providing continuing education and training.
