1. Prepared by: Procurement Management Department
2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie Utility Systems Department ("USD") and Advanced Utility Systems, an unincorporated subsidiary of N. Harris Computer Corporation, a foreign corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida.
3. Purpose: The purpose of the agreement is to integrate CIS and CityWorks which will connect the customer billing system with the work order system.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: 120 days.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The USD uses CIS for customer information and billing records. This vendor will provide a two-way Integration between CIS Infinity and Cityworks - Asset Management System to synchronize the Service Order (CIS infinity) and Work Order (Cityworks) information between the two systems depending upon various use cases.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): A one-time cost of $83,600.

Background: The USD is currently using CIS version 4 for its customer information/billing software to bill utility customers for usage and Capital Charge Agreements ("CCA").
