3. Purpose: To set forth the responsibilities to fund, design, construct and maintain Phase 2 of the Bus Transfer Facility located in the northwest corner of SE Deacon Avenue and SE Belvedere Street in the City of Port St. Lucie.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New
5. Duration: Concurrently with the terms of the April 22, 2003 Interlocal Agreement for the Public Transit MSTU (Municipal Service Taxing Unit), as amended.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Providing added services to the existing Bus Transfer Facility.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Estimated $6,500 per year.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into an Interlocal Agreement between St. Lucie County and the City of Port St. Lucie to set forth the responsibilities to fund, design, construct and maintain Phase 2 of the Bus Transfer Facility.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Resolution.
