Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council complete motion in the affirmative.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve amendment number Three (3) to Florida Department of Transportation District Four (4) Inclusive Landscape Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement.
2. Move that the Council not approve amendment number Three (3) to Florida Department of Transportation District Four (4) Inclusive Landscape Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement and provide staff with instruction.

Background: As part of the Florida Department of Transportation's improvements to this corridor, the City of Port St. Lucie felt it in its best interest to accept maintenance responsibilities to ensure that it aligns with the City's Strategic Plan of Clean and Beautiful.

Issues/Analysis: This is an amendment to a preexisting agreement.
