Summary Brief (Agreements/Contracts only)

2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Culpepper & Terpening, Inc.
3. Purpose: Public Works Department seeking approval of Culpepper & Terpening, Inc. to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) & Geotechnical (GEO) services for Floresta Drive Improvements Phase 3 Project.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: This contract will terminate one thousand one hundred and fifty-five (1,155) calendar days after it is awarded. There are no renewals for this contract.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The project will complete the construction of Floresta Drive from Crosstown Parkway to Prima Vista Boulevard as a complete street providing bike lanes, sidewalks, traffic calming, streetlights, and landscape.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Budgeted Expenditures not to exceed $5,616,117.20.
