Executive Summary: The City Council approved changes to the Boards and Committee Resolution at the August 26, 2024 City Council Meeting. The City Attorney’s Office with provide a brief overview of the changes made to the Resolution.

 

Presentation Information: Carly Fabien, Deputy City Attorney.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Committee accept the discussion from the City Attorney’s Office.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Committee amend the recommendation and accept the discussion from the City Attorney’s Office.

2.                     Move that the Committee decline the offered discussion from the City Attorney’s Office.
