Purpose: Provide an integrated solution for managing the City’s public meetings, agendas, records, public records requests, and website services.

Duration: The City’s Contract term will begin upon execution and will expire on September 30, 2028. The OMNIA Partners contract allows up to two (2) additional one (1)-year extensions.
Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To enhance the City’s efficiency in managing public meetings, agendas, records, public records requests, and website services while improving transparency and public access to City information.
Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The estimated expenditure for Fiscal Year 26-27 is $150,500.65. All future expenditures will be appropriated each budget year.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve participating in the OMNIA Partners Contract #159768, per Chapter 35.08(a)(9)(a)(cooperative purchasing exemption), to purchase Software and SaaS Solutions.
