2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and FDOT
3. Purpose: To enter into a grant agreement to provide financial assistance to the City to improve Port St. Lucie Boulevard from Darwin Boulevard to Gatlin Boulevard, identified by the FDOT as FPN#431752-4-54-01 ("Project"), state the terms and conditions upon which FDOT funds will be provided and to set forth the manner in which the Project will be undertaken and completed.

5. Duration: Construction to be completed by December 31, 2022.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The City's Goal of high-quality infrastructure and facilities.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The City's contribution to the project is Eight Million Five Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Eight Dollars and No Cents ($8,538,258.00). FDOT will reimburse up to 50% of the project cost or $4,269,129.00, whichever is less.
