5. Duration: The term of the Contract is for two (2) years with no option to renew.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The project will benefit the City by providing drainage improvements in the Oak Hammock Watershed that has frequent flooding issues and to mitigate the flooding.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): One-time expense of $2,009,296.20.

Background: The City requires Analysis and Design Services for the Oak Hammock Watershed. A Request for Qualifications (RFQu) was issued in accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, known as the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) on December 29, 2025, to 1204 potential consultants. There were six (6) proposals received February 9, 2026.
