Recommendation: Move that the Council reappoint Deb Beutel to serve a second term as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board at their June 15, 2021 Special Meeting.

Background: Ms. Beutel has served on the Planning and Zoning Board since 2015, originally as an alternate member.  She has served as the Board Chair for the past two years.  In an error, the City missed the opportunity to notify Ms. Beutel that her term had expired in April 2021.  Once notified, Ms. Beutel promptly sent an email notifying the City Clerk’s office that she is requesting to serve another term (email attached).
