Executive Summary: Applicant requests a Special Exception Use (SEU) to permit 7,114.78 square feet of enclosed assembly space as part of a proposed recreational facility.

 

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: If the Board finds the use consistent with Sections 158.260(A) through (L) of the City Code, then the Board may:

                     Motion to recommend approval to the City Council

 

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Board recommend approval to the City Council with conditions.

2.                     Move that the Board recommend denial to the City Council.

 

Background: A Resolution (03R24) was granted by the City Council in 2003 for a special exception use to allow the construction of a pharmacy with a drivethrough window.
