Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board enter an order finding a violation exists and impose payment of the civil penalty set forth on the citation.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Board amend the recommendation and enter an order finding that the citation is invalid, or the violation was corrected and dismiss the citation.
2. Move that the Board does not accept the recommendation and provide staff with direction.
