Executive Summary (General Business): Request for approval of a final subdivision plat with construction plans to create 83 single-family lots for a subdivision to be known as Seville 6A Phase 2.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the resolution.
2. Move that the Council does not approve the resolution and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee unanimously recommended approval of the final subdivision plat and construction plans on August 24, 2022. See attached staff report.
