Background: James J. McGlone, Jr. (Developer) executed and recorded a plat entitled "Cumberland Farms at Darwin and Port St. Lucie" on March 23, 2016. The plat created Tract "C" to provide access and facilitate the extension of SW Darwin Boulevard from SW Port St. Lucie Boulevard to SW Briggs Street.
