Executive Summary (General Business): Exchange of property between City and Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC ("Mattamy") to facilitate relocation of a utility site.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council complete the motion in the affirmative.

Background: Mattamy has requested the relocation of a utility site in order to facilitate the development of its property. Mattamy believes the current configuration creates unusable land north of the utility site (between the utility site and the trailhead corner).
Issues/Analysis: In order to accomplish the relocation of the utility site Mattamy (.308 acres) and the City (.305 acres) will exchange a small portion of property with one another. A map of the relocation is attached hereto as attachment 1. A corresponding item for the City to accept the Mattamy site will be placed on the August 23, 2021 City Council agenda, along with the second reading of the Ordinance that is the subject of this agenda item.

Special Consideration: The Utility reconfiguration is consistent with the Utility Site depicted on the proposed Telaro at Southern Grove Plat No. 2 (P21-108).
