3. Purpose: To provide maintenance and repairs to the stormwater systems, culvert pipes and public roadways.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: One-year with the option of four (4) one-year renewals.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To provide a cost-effective way of procuring materials needed for maintenance and repairs to stormwater system, culvert pipes and public roadways.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Estimated annual expenditure for FY 2022/2023 is $250,000 on appropriation in the City Budget. All future expenditures will be as per approved in the budget.

Background: Public Works Department oversees the maintenance and repairs of an estimated 260 miles of concrete sidewalks, 300 miles of curbs and in excess of 6000 culverts of varying shapes that require routine repair and maintenance.
