Executive Summary (General Business): This is an application to rezone a vacant, 3.23-acre property from the IN (Industrial) zoning district to 2.46 acres of the CS (Service Commercial) zoning district and 0.77 acres of the OSC (Open Space Conservation) zoning districts.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the ordinance approving the rezoning to CS and OSC as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council deny the rezoning ordinance.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the rezoning at their January 3, 2023 meeting.
