Executive Summary (General Business): This is a request to rezone 15.446 acres from a Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning designation to a General Commercial (CG) zoning designation. The current PUD concept plan expired and is no longer valid.

Staff Recommendation: The Planning and Zoning Board voted to recommend approval of the rezoning at their August 2, 2022 meeting .

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the P&Z Board recommendation and approve.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve the rezoning and provide staff direction.
