Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the preliminary plat and construction plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the preliminary plat and construction plans.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary plat and construction plans at their February 10, 2021 meeting.
