Executive Summary (General Business): Five Photos have been selected for the ‘Best Group Photo’ Award.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend a winner for this year’s ‘Best Group Photo’.
Background: Adopt-A-Street Groups submit fun group photos with their cleanup reports. 2025 was the first year that KPSLB created the Best Group Photo category and presented a award at the Appreciation Breakfast.
