2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie, SurvTech Solutions, Inc., Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd., and Culpepper & Terpening, Inc.
3. Purpose: Provide survey & mapping services on a continuing basis as-needed.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: Three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods upon satisfactory services.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To have several firms on a rotating basis to provide services in a timely manner for any project that the City requires for survey and/or mapping services.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Proposals will be requested for each project based on the hourly rates identified in the Contracts.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council award Contract #20230097 for Continuing Contracts for Survey & Mapping Services with the top three (3) ranked firms selected by the Evaluation Committee.

Background: The City requires various survey & mapping services on an as-needed basis. An RFP was issued in accordance with section 287.055, Florida Statutes, known as the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), on August 30, 2023, to 1,271 potential consultants. There were 15 proposals received on August 30, 2023.
