Executive Summary (General Business): This is a request from PSL Town Place Partners, LLC, to create a Master Sign Program for Town Place. The proposed sign program provides comprehensive regulations for all commercial and residential, fa?ade and monument signs within the Town Place development. This will allow for a cohesive look consistent with both the residential and commercial sections of this development.
Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the ordinance as proposed.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the ordinance.
2. Move that the Council deny the ordinance and provide direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the Town Place Master Sign Program at their regular meeting of January 6, 2026.
Issues/Analysis: Town Place consists of an approximately 18.51 acres mixed-use development located on the southeast corner of US Highway 1 and Savanna Club Boulevard.
The sign program (Exhibit "A") provides sign regulations for the retail establishments along US 1 and the residential development behind the retail development and along Savannah Club Boulevard.
Exhibit A has been submitted and reviewed by the Site Plan Review Committee and Planning and Zoning Board. It received a recommendation of approval at both meetings.
