5. Duration: The initial term began March 1, 2023, through November 1, 2023. The Contract was previously extended through December 1, 2024.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Tool will assist staff in generating project specific data on fiscal impacts associated with proposed annexations and developments and thus help the Council more clearly know what conditions or requirements to consider for a project, and if the project is revenue neutral or what the fiscal impact on City resources would result from it.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The original contract value was $168,140. Current contract amendment increased the value to $200,140. The value of this request is $72,000, which would increase the total value of the Contract to $272,140.
