3. Purpose: To provide design services to develop a Conceptual Master Plan for Torino Regional Park.

5. Duration: 270 calendar days with no option to renew.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The Torino Regional Park site was identified in the PSLPRD 10 Year Master Plan to bring more recreational opportunities to this amenity-deficient area of the City. Torino Regional Park is a priority project of the City's Strategic Plan Goal 6: Culture, Nature, and Fun Activities and the development of this proposed park will help bring more of these requested features to the City along with furthering the City's goal that most residents have access to a public park within a 10-minute walk from their homes.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): One-time expense of $257,920.00.
