Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed site plan consists of a 18,900 square foot warehouse and office building with a 1,350 square foot mezzanine area proposed for storage only, totaling 20,250 square feet.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the major site plan as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the major site plan.
2. Move that the Council not approve the major site plan and provide staff direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the major site plan at their meeting of October 1, 2019. The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the major site plan at their meeting of August 28, 2019.

Special Consideration: The property has been granted a landscape modification exempting the applicant from installing the required architectural wall on the north and east property line, by City Council at their regular meeting of September 9, 2019.
