7. Cost to Governmental Finance Corporation (Annual and Potential): Estimated $240,000 reimbursement to Warehomes upon completion.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board approve the Sewer Main Construction Agreement with Warehomes at Tradition, LLC.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Board amend the recommendation and approve the Sewer Main Construction Agreement with Warehomes at Tradition, LLC.
2. Move that the Board and provide the staff with direction.
Background: The formation of the property adjacent to the Warehomes at Tradition, LLC (Lot 1 Southern Grove Plat 46) resulted in a parcel that could only be served by constructing a new lift station. By constructing a sewer line extension on the referenced property, Lot 1 will be able to connect to a gravity sewer line eliminating the need for an additional lift station.
Issues/Analysis: GFC shall reimburse Warehomes at Tradition, LLC for the total costs advanced for the Sewer Main Construction.
Financial Information: GFC will reimburse Warehomes at Tradition, LLC for the design and construction of the Sewer Main.
