1. Prepared by: Florida Department of Transportation
2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie (City) & Florida Department of Transportation (Department)
3. Purpose: The Department seeks to install a decorative feature consisting of a Port St. Lucie Logo within the right-of-way of S.R. 712 and the City will take over maintenance of the decorative feature.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New
5. Duration: Perpetual
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The Port St. Lucie logo will provide a beautiful identification of our City to all travelers of the Florida Turnpike north and south of the S.R. 712 bridge.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The City is responsible for any ongoing maintenance of the decorative feature and any cost associated with that task.

Presentation Information: Staff will be available to answer questions.
