Executive Summary (General Business): The School Board of St. Lucie County ("School Board") is preparing for the construction of the Western Grove K-8 School immediately west of, and adjacent to, Tradition Regional Park. The School Board is requesting to use a small portion of the Tradition Regional Park Property as a material storage area and laydown yard during construction of the new school. The School Board's use of this area will not adversely impact the current construction of "Phase I" of Tradition Regional Park.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the License Agreement between the School Board of St. Lucie County and the City of Port St. Lucie and authorize the City Manager to execute the same.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the License Agreement between the School Board of St. Lucie County and the City of Port St. Lucie and authorize the City Manager to execute the same.
2. Move that the Council not approve the License Agreement and provide staff with further direction.
Background: The School Board owns property immediately west of, and adjacent to, Tradition Regional Park ("Property"). The School Board plans to construct a new K-8 school on the Property. The request to use a portion of the Tradition Regional Park Property as a material storage area and laydown yard requires a license agreement be executed between the two governmental entities.
