Executive Summary (General Business): An application for site plan approval for a three-story, self-storage facility with a footprint of 33,600 square feet and a gross floor area (GFA) of 100,800 square feet. The fully enclosed storage facility consists of 665 mini-storage units. The proposed project is located within the LTC Ranch Industrial PUD and DRI.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the site plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve an the site plan.
2. Move that the Council deny the site plan.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee reviewed the request at their meeting on February 23, 2022, and recommended approval.
