3. Purpose: To utilize the BuyBoard Cooperative Contract to purchase various traffic signal systems, supplies, and equipment, as needed.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: This Agreement shall be effective from the date upon which all parties have executed it through March 31, 2027 with two (2) additional one (1)-year options to renew.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Purchases made under this agreement will strengthen the City's traffic signal network by improving vehicle detection accuracy, enhancing signal timing responsiveness, and supporting proactive maintenance of critical traffic control infrastructure. These improvements will contribute to safer intersections, reduced congestion, and more efficient mobility for residents, businesses, and visitors throughout the City.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The estimated annual expenditure for this agreement is $300,000.00.
