Executive Summary (General Business): An application for site plan approval for at Southern Grove, with a footprint of 20,394 square foot. The building is made up of a mixed commercial uses with one restaurant with a drive through lane. The proposed project is located within the Southern Grove MPUD.   

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the site plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan.

2.                     Move that the Council deny the site plan.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee reviewed the request at their meeting on September 13, 2023, and recommended approval.
