Executive Summary (General Business): Changes to the City’s budget are customary and anticipated throughout the fiscal year due to the nature of operations. This amendment will adjust the operating and capital budget for each department/fund identified noting the sources and uses of funds necessary to complete FY 2020-21 budget. All amendments to the City’s budget require two readings.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the FY 20/21 second budget amendment.
