Executive Summary (General Business): Change the future land use designation for approximately 4.46-acres (17 lots) from ROI (Residential, Office, Institutional) to RL (Residential, Low Density).
Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation at second reading/public hearing.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the ordinance as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the ordinance as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the ordinance and provide staff direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval at their meeting on April 6, 2021. This application is consistent with the City Council directive to change the future land use designation on these properties.
