Purpose: To allow the City to purchase cloud services, software, and related technology solutions from approved vendors under competitively solicited cooperative contracts.

Duration: The Contract will become effective upon execution and remain in effect through September 15, 2036, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Contract.
Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Provides access to competitively established pricing while helping prevent lapses in essential IT services and cybersecurity protections.
Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The estimated annual expenditure under this Contract is approximately $3,000,000. Actual expenditures will be based on City needs and available funding in approved annual budgets throughout the Contract term.
