Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval of the final plat and construction plans for two hundred thirty-seven (237) residential lots, private roads, and tracts for future development within the LTC Ranch West PUD.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the subdivision plat with construction plans as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the subdivision plat subject to the conditions.
2. Move that the Council not approve the subdivision plat and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the final subdivision plat with construction plans at their October 24, 2024, meeting.
