Executive Summary (General Business): This final subdivision plat application with construction plans is approximately 26.28 acres in size and consists of 105 single-family homes, three (3) open space tracts, and one (1) stormwater management tract. This plat also includes the road rights-of-way to provide access for the residential lots.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the final subdivision plat with construction plans.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the final subdivision plat with construction plans.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) recommended approval of the final plat and construction plans on November 12, 2020.
