2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie, The Shyft Group Upfit Services, Inc. f/k/a as Spartan Upfit Services, Inc. d/b/a Strobes-R-Us, Inc.
3. Purpose: Installation and/or repair of vehicle emergency equipment for Public Safety Vehicles.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: The initial term began on May 10, 2018 through May 9, 2021. A renewal for one year began on May 10, 2021 through May 9, 2022. There is one (1) one-year renewal remaining ending on May 9, 2023.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Allows the City to purchase and install vehicle emergency equipment for the Public Safety Vehicles.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The estimated expenditures for FY 2021/2022 is $432,278.35. Future expenditures will be as appropriated in each years' budget.
