This is a request to amend the Board’s Bylaws consistent with the adoption of Ordinance 21-36, which requires the Board’s regular meeting to be held in the evening.

Executive Summary: The City Council adopted the amendments to Section 32.50 of the City’s Code and this amendment to the Bylaws will provide for consistency.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board approve the amendments to the Planning and Zoning Board Bylaws.
