Location: A portion of Section 15, Township 36 South, Range 39 East.
This is request for a small-scale future land use map amendment to change the future land use designation of approximately 24.98 acres from Recreation Open Space (OSR) and Commercial Service (CS) to Conservation Open Space (OSC).

Executive Summary: The City proposes changing the Future Land Use designation from Recreation Open Space (OSR) and Commercial Service (CS) to Conservation Open Space (OSC).
Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval of the future land use map amendment.
Alternate Recommendation:
Move that the Board recommend approval with conditions.

Background: The 22.86-acre property was deeded to the City to meet a requirement of the Reserve Development of Regional Impact (DRI) development order for the preservation of native upland habitat. The property also contains a lake. The adjacent 2.12- acre parcel also consists of native upland habitat and was deeded to the City by the PGA Village POA. Both properties are intended to be preserved as part of the City’s Conservation Lands Program.
Issues/Analysis: See the attached staff report. There is a concurrent rezoning application (P26-117) to rezone the parcels to Open Space Conservation (OSC).
