6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: World Electric Supply and K&M Electric Supply, Inc. provides the City with access to electrical supplies and equipment to help the City with future projects.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The estimated annual amount is $200,000.00. Future expenditures will be appropriated in each year's adopted budget.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council waive bidding, per Chapter 35.04(c), good cause shown, and approve participating in the Palm Beach County Contract # 21-001/MB for Supplies & Equipment, Electrical, Discount Off Trade Service TRA-SER SX, Purchase and Delivery, Term Contract with World Electric Supply and K&M Electric Supply, Inc.
