Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval of the final plat and construction plans for phase 2. Phase 2 has two hundred seventy-five (275) residential lots, private roads, and tracts for future development within the LTC Ranch West PUD.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board approve the Final Plat and the construction plans
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Board amend the recommendation and approve the subdivision plat.
2. Move that the Board not approve the subdivision plat and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the final subdivision plat with construction plans at their November 13, 2024, meeting.
