Background: In 2021, as part of the temporary construction easement terms, Oculus Surgical, Inc was required to grant the City a permanent, non-exclusive utility easement over the premises described in the site plan for the installation, operation and continued maintenance of the City's utility facilities. This second easement covers an additional (new) 208 linear feet of gravity sewer main, a sewer manhole and 366 linear feet of 8" watermain extension that extends to a fire line connection near the building.

The first easement only covers up to the existing (SMH-4) connecting manhole.
