Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is proposing to build a 318-unit multifamily development: 42 townhouses and 276 apartments. Accessory buildings and uses include a clubhouse with a pool, enclosed garages for 87 parking spaces, maintenance building, mail kiosk, and small dog park. The proposed development is a gated community.
Presentation Information: If requested, staff will provide 5-minute presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Major Site Plan application as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee on April 28, 2021.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Major Site Plan Application.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
