Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Control Structure SWW-1 Rehabilitation Project: The project's total construction cost is $561,300.69, of which $224,520.28 is funded by the City of Port St. Lucie and approximately 60% percent, not to exceed $336,780.41, is funded through the State Water-Quality Assistance Grant. Annual operating costs and match requirements will be provided by the Public Works Department.
