Resolution 16-R25, Condition N.6.b further indicates the conveyance of said property is necessary for the extension of Crosstown Parkway west of the Village Parkway intersection.

Background: A condition of the Tradition Development DRI requires the developer (Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC) to convey right-of-way to the City of Port St. Lucie, necessary for the construction of Crosstown Parkway, as depicted on Map H of the Tradition Development DRI.
