Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed final plat application is for phase one of the Belterra development. It proposes recreation tracts, six lots for model homes, a water management tract, future development tracts, and road right- of -ways dedicated to the Belterra HOA.

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.

2.                     Move that the Council Not adopt the resolution and provide direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the final plat with construction plans at their meeting of January 27, 2021
